5.__Special fund established.__The Treasurer of State shall establish the Agriculture Recognition Special Programs Fund into which fees paid for the registration plates are deposited pursuant to subsections 2 and 4 to fund programs that support the Maine Ag in the Classroom Association and other agricultural youth organizations as approved by the Maine Ag in the Classroom Association.

This bill authorizes the issuance of an agriculture recognition registration plate to support programs that benefit the Maine Ag in the Classroom Association and other agricultural youth organizations approved by that association.
