I.__Crisis support services for adults;

 
J.__Emergency services for children; and

 
K.__Emergency services for adults.

 
Sec. WW-5. 24-A MRSA §4234-A, sub-§3, ¶¶A-3 to A-9 are enacted to read:

 
A-3.__"Crisis intervention services for adults" means the
same services as defined in Title 24, section 2325-A,
subsection 3, paragraph A-4.

 
A-4.__"Crisis resolution services for children" means the
same services as defined in Title 24, section 2325-A,
subsection 3, paragraph A-5.

 
A-5.__"Crisis support services for adults" means the same
services as defined in Title 24, section 2325-A, subsection
3, paragraph A-6.

 
A-6.__"Crisis support services for children" means the same
services as defined in Title 24, section 2325-A, subsection
3, paragraph A-7.

 
A-7.__"Emergency services for adults" means the same
services as defined in Title 24, section 2325-A, subsection
3, paragraph A-8.

 
A-8.__"Emergency services for children" means the same
services as defined in Title 24, section 2325-A, subsection
3, paragraph A-9.

 
A-9.__"Evidence-based treatment" means the same treatment as
defined in Title 24, section 2325-A, subsection 3, paragraph
A-10.

 
Sec. WW-6. 24-A MRSA §4234-A, sub-§5, as amended by PL 2003, c. 20,
Pt. VV, §19 and affected by §25, is further amended to read:

 
5. Services. Each individual or group contract must provide
for medically necessary health care for a person suffering from
mental illness. Medically necessary health care includes, but is
not limited to, the following services for a person suffering
from a mental illness:

 
A. Inpatient services;

 
B. Day treatment services;
