It realizes additional General Fund undedicated revenue through boarding of juveniles from other governmental entities at the Long Creek Youth Development Center.

It realizes additional General Fund undedicated revenue generated by the Department of Corrections, Adult Community Corrections program's working with the Judicial Department to assess fees on more probationers, improving the department's collections of supervision fees using technology and imposing supervision fees on out-of-state probationers.

PART W

Part W authorizes an increase in the various fishing and hunting fees charged by the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife.

PART X

Part X does the following.

It increases the State's contribution for retired teachers' health insurance from 40% to 45% effective June 30, 2005.

It requires the State to share at the same funding level percentage of premium participation any rebates, investment gains or other positive gains resulting at the end of a contract year from the plan experience for retiree health insurance.

Part Y requires the Commissioner of Environmental Protection to review the current organizational structure and functions of the department to determine savings from cost reductions.

Part Z delays the effective date of the Fiscal Stability Program for the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife from the 2006-2007 biennial budget to the 2008-2009 biennial budget.
