This bill deallocates $6,500,000 per year allocated under the 2006-2007 biennium current services budget to the Fund for a Healthy Maine - Bureau of Health program and allocates these funds to a new Fund for a Healthy Maine - Healthy Maine Partnerships program in order to preserve funding for Healthy Maine Partnerships organizations. These funds are to remain available until expended for this purpose and may not be available for transfer or use outside of the Fund for a Healthy Maine.
