| | | A political action committee in a campaign on a referendum | | question may not receive more than 20% of the committee's funds | | expended in the campaign from contributors outside of the State. |

| | | This bill prohibits a political action committee in a | | referendum campaign from receiving more than 20% of its funds | | from sources outside of the State. |
