| | | The funds provided by this bond issue, in the amount of | | $1,000,000, will be used to purchase the property known as Black | | Duck Cove on Great Wass Island, which includes a 9,000-square- | | foot building, a working wharf and 2 lobster pounds, to serve as | | the home of the Downeast Institute for Applied Marine Research | | and Education. |
