| | | Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §1819, as enacted by PL 1997, c. 678, §13, is | | amended by adding after the 3rd paragraph a new paragraph to | | read: |

| | | A park pass issued by the bureau may be used to gain admission | | to Scarborough Beach State Park. |

| | | This bill allows the use of Maine State Park Passes issued by | | the Department of Conservation, Bureau of Parks and Lands to gain | | admission to Scarborough Beach State Park. |
