| | | 2. It repeals obsolete language regarding the Bureau of | | Forestry's tree nursery. |

| | | 3. It makes falsification of information on a timber | | harvesting notification equivalent to forgery. |

| | | 4. It repeals obsolete and redundant provisions and makes | | minor modifications to language regarding the Bureau of | | Forestry's collection of information on log imports and exports. |

| | | 5. It repeals obsolete language regarding the Bureau of | | Forestry's collection of information on mill-delivered prices. |
|
|
