Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §13106-A, sub-§5, ķI is enacted to read:

I.__A person may not operate a snowmobile on a private way or on a public way pursuant to this subsection or subsection 4 to the left of the center of the way.__Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph H, a person who violates this paragraph commits a civil violation for which a fine of $100 must be adjudged.

SUMMARY

This bill makes operating a snowmobile to the left of center of a private or public way a civil violation for which a fine of $100 must be adjudged.
