| | 3.__Legislative member.__The Androscoggin County legislative | delegation shall annually select one member of the delegation who | resides in Androscoggin County to serve on the committee. |

| | The Androscoggin County commissioners shall hold one or more | public hearings on the budget estimate under section 728-D | annually before October 1st and an informational meeting, in | conjunction with the committee, with the Androscoggin County | legislative delegation before December 1st. |

| §728-D.__Budget estimate; submission to committee |

| | The Androscoggin County commissioners shall submit a budget | estimate to the committee no later than April 1st for the next | fiscal year.__The committee shall review the budget estimate, | hold a public hearing on the budget estimate and make | recommendations to the county commissioners before May 15th.__The | county commissioners shall act on the budget in a timely fashion | and, in any event, not later than June 15th of the fiscal year. |
