Sec. 1. Develop listing. Resolved: That the Department of Economic and
Community Development shall identify those businesses within the
State that contract out work to individuals within the State who
complete the work off-site. The department shall develop a
clearinghouse that lists such businesses and shall make that
information available on a publicly accessible site on the
Internet.

 
SUMMARY

 
This resolve directs the Department of Economic and Community
Development to identify those businesses that contract out work
to individuals within the State who complete the work off-site
and directs the department to make that information available on
a publicly accessible site on the Internet.
