| | | A defendant charged with a crime in which domestic violence is | | suspected may not be released on bail under this chapter until | | the defendant has been held in custody for at least 4 hours. |

| | | This bill requires that a defendant charged with a crime in | | which domestic violence is suspected must be held for at least 4 | | hours before being released on bail. |
