| | | Sec. 1. 30-A MRSA §3811, sub-§2 is enacted to read: |

| | | 2.__Lodging less than one month.__A person who makes available | | for rental a room, apartment, condominium, cottage or house for | | less than one month must obtain a license under this subchapter. |

| | | This bill requires a person who makes available for rental a | | room, apartment, condominium, cottage or house for less than one | | month to obtain a license from the municipal authorities. |
