| | | Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §11152, sub-§7 is enacted to read: |

| | | 7.__Permit not required.__Notwithstanding any other provisions | | of this section, a person who holds a valid junior hunting | | license or who is 18 years of age or younger and holds a valid | | Maine hunting license may take an antlerless deer without a | | permit. |

| | | This bill allows people 18 years of age and younger who hold | | valid hunting licenses to hunt any deer without a permit. |
