Sec. 1. Adoption of code. Resolved: That the Plumbers' Examining Board
shall adopt the International Plumbing Code published by the
International Code Council as the new plumbing code for the
State. In accordance with the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 32,
section 3403-B, the adoption of the International Plumbing Code
constitutes a major substantive rule as defined in Title 5,
chapter 375, subchapter 2-A.

 
SUMMARY

 
This resolve requires the Plumbers' Examining Board to adopt
the International Plumbing Code as the new plumbing code for the
State.
