An Act To Reduce Maine's Income Tax Burden

Emergency clause.
In view of the emergency cited in the preamble,
this Act takes effect when approved.
SUMMARY
This bill eliminates the income tax on income less than
$24,000 for heads of households and individuals filing joint
returns.
