Sec. 1. Department of Environmental Protection to establish fee schedule to discourage
late filings. Resolved: That the Department of Environmental Protection
shall adopt rules to establish a fee schedule that establishes or
increases penalties to discourage late filings. Rules adopted
pursuant to this section are major substantive rules as defined
in the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter
2-A.

 
SUMMARY

 
This resolve directs the Department of Environmental
Protection to establish a fee schedule that establishes or
increases penalties to discourage late filings.
