| | | Sec. 1. 26 MRSA §663, sub-§3, śC, as amended by PL 1967, c. 466, §1, | | is further amended to read: |

| | | C. Those employees whose earnings are derived in whole or | | in part from sales commissions and whose hours and places of | | employment are not substantially controlled by the employer, | | except that salespeople working for mortgage companies are | | not exempt from this subchapter; |
|
| | | This bill specifies that salespeople working for mortgage | | companies are not exempt from the laws governing minimum wages. |
