Sec. 1. 17 MRSA §332, sub-§7 is enacted to read:

7.__Texas hold 'em poker.__The Chief of the State Police may issue a license to conduct a Texas hold 'em poker game under this section to an eligible organization under subsection 1 or to a federally recognized Indian tribe licensed for high-stakes beano under section 314-A, subsection 1.__A licensee under this subsection may operate up to 10 tables with up to 7 players per table.__A participant of a Texas hold 'em poker game must pay a $100 fee to play, of which $25 must go to the licensee.
