§382.__Payment of credits by licensee

A licensee shall redeem credits for players who earn credits on terminals located on the premises of that licensee in accordance with rules adopted jointly by the Chief of the State Police and the director.__If a person receives a credit redeemable for more than the minimum amount required by federal law to be reported to the United States Internal Revenue Service, the licensee shall require the person to complete a form listing the person's name, address and social security number.__The licensee shall promptly send the form to the Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Bureau of Revenue Services.

§383.__Allocation of funds

1.__Allocation of net terminal income.__Net terminal income must be allocated as follows.

A.__Thirty-four percent must be sent to the Treasurer of State for deposit in the Video Gaming Fund established in section 384.

B.__One percent must be sent to the Treasurer of State for deposit in the Compulsive Gambling Rehabilitation Fund established in Title 22, section 1700-A.

C.__Sixty-five percent must be paid to the licensee.__If a licensee has obtained use of a video gaming terminal from a state-certified distributor, the distributor must be paid, pursuant to an agreement between the licensee and the distributor, out of the funds received by the licensee under this paragraph.

2.__Deposit of state funds.__Each licensee shall maintain a bank account accessible by the State for the deposit of funds owed to the State under this chapter.__The licensee shall deposit in that account the State's share of the net terminal income attributable to video gaming terminals owned or leased.__The licensee shall deposit in that account the State's share of net terminal income attributable to terminals.__If the day on which funds must be deposited is not a business day, the funds must be deposited on the next business day after that date.
