| | | Sec. 1. 5 MRSA §17804, sub-§5-G is enacted to read: |

| | | 5-G.__One-time change of benefit payment option.__The | | recipient of a service retirement benefit who has elected an | | optional method of payment under subsection 3, 4, 5, 5-A, 5-B, 5- | | C, 5-D or 5-E may exercise at any time a one-time option to | | select a different optional method of payment under one of those | | sections. |
