Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 32 MRSA §9853, sub-§6, śC, as enacted by PL 1983, c. 524, is
amended to read:

 
C. To develop, in consultation with representatives of the
appropriate disciplines, requirements for courses of study,
training and examination for applicants for a limited
license and to allow such applicants to take their
qualifying views;

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill permits the Radiologic Technology Board of Examiners
to allow applicants for a limited radiographer license to take
their qualifying views.
