E.__A new program receives allocations from the fund in
whole or in part.
Emergency clause.
In view of the emergency cited in the preamble,
this Act takes effect when approved.
SUMMARY
This bill requires that in certain circumstances allocations
from the Fund for a Healthy Maine be voted on in separate
legislation.
