| (1)__One person representing a statewide association of | community pharmacies; |
|
| (2)__Two persons representing manufacturers and | labelers who sponsor patient assistance programs in the | State; and |
|
| (3)__Two persons experienced in the provision of | prescription drug benefits through insured and self- | insured plans; |
|
| G.__Five members appointed by the President of the Senate, | as follows: |
|
| (1)__One person representing a statewide association of | professional nurses; |
|
| (2)__Two persons representing nonstate public sector | employee health plans; and |
|
| (3)__Two persons representing consumers of health care | who are enrolled in publicly funded prescription drug | programs; and |
|
| H.__Five members appointed by the Speaker of the House, as | follows: |
|
| (1)__One pharmacist licensed to practice in the State; |
|
| (2)__One person representing a statewide association of | physicians; |
|
| (3)__One person representing providers of pharmacy | benefit management services; and |
|
| (4)__Two consumers of health care services through | employment-based health plans. |
|
| | 4.__Meetings; assistance.__The council shall meet at least 4 | times per year and may meet at other times as necessary.__All | meetings of the council are public proceedings and all records | are public records as defined in Title 1, section 402, |
