B.__Title 26, section 3, relating to information, reports and records of the Director of Labor Standards within the Department of Labor;

C.__Title 26, section 43, relating to the names of persons, firms and corporations providing information to the Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Standards;

D.__Title 26, section 665, subsection 1, relating to records submitted to the Director of Labor Standards within the Department of Labor by an employer concerning wages;

E.__Title 26, section 685, subsection 3, relating to substance abuse testing by an employer;

F.__Title 26, section 979-Q, subsection 2, relating to personnel records in possession of the Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Bureau of Employee Relations;

G.__Title 26, section 979-Q, subsection 2, relating to state employees grievance information;
