8.__Families and children.__The following statutes designate
as confidential certain records containing information collected,
used or maintained for purposes related to families and children:

 
A.__Title 19-A, section 651, subsection 2, relating to
social security numbers on marriage applications;

 
B.__Title 19-A, section 908, relating to social security
numbers on divorce records;
