health and mental retardation; and.

 
Sec. 77. 34-B MRSA §1205, sub-§3, ¶G, as enacted by PL 1989, c. 7, Pt.
N, §3, is repealed.

 
Sec. 78. 34-B MRSA §1207, sub-§1, ¶B, as amended by PL 1995, c. 691, §4
and PL 2001, c. 354, §3, is further amended to read:

 
B. Information may be disclosed if necessary to carry out
any of the statutory functions of the department, the
hospitalization provisions of chapter 3, subchapter IV 4,
the purposes of sections 3607 and 3608, the purposes of
Title 22, section 3554, or the purposes of United States
Public Law 99-319, dealing with the investigatory function
of the independent agency designated with advocacy and
investigatory functions under United States Public Law 88-
164, Title I, Part C or United States Public Law 99-319, or
the purposes of Title 18-A, section 5-601, subsection (b),
when the Department of Human Services is requested by the
Department of Behavioral and Developmental Services to act
as public guardian or public conservator;

 
Sec. 79. 34-B MRSA §1207, sub-§1, ¶B-1, as amended by PL 1991, c. 250,
is repealed.

 
Sec. 80. 36 MRSA §1752, sub-§1-B, as amended by PL 1995, c. 281, §11
and affected by §42, is repealed.

 
Sec. 81. 36 MRSA §2903-D, sub-§2, ¶B, as enacted by PL 2001, c. 693, §7
and affected by §11, is amended to read:

 
B. The Snowmobile Trail Fund of the Department of
Conservation, Bureau of Parks and Lands, established under
described in Title 12, section 7824 1893, subsection 3,
receives 85.07% of that amount.

 
Sec. 82. 36 MRSA §6652, sub-§1-B, ¶B, as amended by PL 2003, c. 625, §1
and affected by §3 and amended by c. 687, Pt. A, §10 and affected
by Pt. B, §11, is further amended to read:

 
B. Lamps and lighting fixtures; and

 
Sec. 83. 36 MRSA §6652, sub-§1-B, ¶C, as enacted by PL 2003, c. 625, §2
and affected by §3 and enacted by c. 687, Pt. A, §11 and affected
by Pt. B, §11, is repealed and the following enacted in its
place:
