2. It authorizes the State Controller to transfer $1,000,000 from
the Business Equipment Tax Reimbursement program account in the
Department of Administrative and Financial Services to the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund on or before June 30,
2005.

 
3. It authorizes the State Controller to transfer $655,194
from the Homestead Property Tax Reimbursement program account in
the Department of Administrative and Financial Services to the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund on or before June 30,
2005.

 
4. It authorizes the State Controller to transfer $100,000 in
projected All Other savings from the Maine Revenue Services
program account in the Department of Administrative and Financial
Services to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund on or
before June 30, 2005.
