| | | Sec. DD-1. Revenue sharing reduction. Notwithstanding the Maine | | Revised Statutes, Title 30-A, section 5681 and any other | | provision of law, the State Controller shall transfer $5,000,000 | | from the Local Government Fund to General Fund undedicated | | revenue before the distribution made to municipalities on or | | before August 20, 2006 pursuant to Title 30-A, section 5681, | | subsection 4-A.
