| | | Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §10704 is enacted to read: |

| | | §10704.__Hunting while carrying intoxicating liquor |

| | | 1.__Prohibition.__A person may not hunt wild animals or wild | | birds while carrying intoxicating liquor. |

| | | 2.__Penalty.__A person who violates this section commits a | | civil violation for which a fine of $200 must be adjudged. |
|
| | | This bill prohibits a person from hunting wild animals or wild | | birds while carrying intoxicating liquor. |
