Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Initiative: Appropriates funds to assist farmers who are in need of assistance with disposal of table stock potatoes that are rotting due to poor weather during the harvest in 2004.
