regular registration plates.__These plates must bear identification
numbers and letters.

 
2.__Administration fee.__A person may apply for the special
registration plates by paying a sum of $20 credited to the
Lifetime License Fund established in Title 12, section 10251.

 
3.__Renewal fee.__In addition to the regular motor vehicle
registration fee prescribed by law, the annual renewal
contribution for sportsman registration plates is $20 to be
credited to the Lifetime License Fund established in Title 12,
section 10251.

 
Sec. III-45. Carrying balances - Inland Fisheries and Wildlife program; lapsed
balances. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, $585,755 in
fiscal year 2005-06 in the Carrying Balances - Inland Fisheries
and Wildlife program lapses into the General Fund.

 
Sec. III-46. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations
