renew an instructor license for noncompliance with statutory
requirements.__A person refused a license or whose license is
suspended or revoked may request a hearing with the Secretary of
State. A requested hearing must be conducted pursuant to chapter
23, subchapter 2, article 3.

 
Emergency clause. In view of the emergency cited in the preamble,
this Act takes effect when approved.

 
Effective May 20, 2005.
