Sec. V-1. Transfer from unappropriated surplus. Notwithstanding any other
provision of law, the State Controller shall transfer $200,000 in
fiscal year 2005-06 from the General Fund unappropriated surplus to
the Maine Milk Pool, Other Special Revenue Funds account within the
Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources.

 
Sec. V-2. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations
