B. Fixing the maximum total value of prizes that may be
awarded at each derby or tournament, except that for a derby
held on Sebago Lake in Cumberland County and in conjunction
with the department's fisheries management objectives, the
maximum total value of prizes may not exceed $100,000.

 
Emergency clause. In view of the emergency cited in the preamble,
this Act takes effect when approved.
