Sec. M-1. Disproportionate Share - Riverview Psychiatric Center; lapsed balances. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, $252,577 of the unencumbered balance in fiscal year 2005-06 in the Disproportionate Share - Riverview Psychiatric Center General Fund account in the Department of Health and Human Services lapses to the General Fund in fiscal year 2005-06.

Sec. M-2. Disproportionate Share - Dorothea Dix Psychiatric Center; lapsed balances. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, $231,924 of the unencumbered balance in fiscal year 2005-06 in the Disproportionate Share - Dorothea Dix Psychiatric Center General Fund account in the Department of Health and Human Services lapses to the General Fund in fiscal year 2005-06.

Sec. M-3. Office of Management and Budget; Integrated System Team Leader, Rehabilitation Consultant, position. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Department of Health and Human Services is authorized to use salary savings through June 16, 2006 to cover costs associated with one Rehabilitation Consultant position.

Sec. M-4. Bureau of Medical Services; Public Service Coordinator II position. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Department of Health and Human Services is authorized to use salary savings through June 16, 2006 to cover costs associated with one Public Service Coordinator II position.

PART N

Sec. N-1. Transfer from unappropriated surplus; Fund for a Healthy Maine. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the State Controller shall transfer $2,346,727 no later than June 30, 2006 and $2,103,273 no later than June 30, 2007 from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Fund for a Healthy Maine.
