Medical Care - Payments to Providers - Nonmatch 0997

 
Initiative: Provides funding to pay for the State Bureau of
Identification criminal record checks for nursing assistants
listed on the Maine Registry of Certified Nursing Assistants, as
required by the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 22, section 1812-G.
This request will generate $128,695 in General Fund undedicated
revenue recognized by the Department of Public Safety in each of
fiscal years 2005-06 and 2006-07.
