Sec. C-20. 38 MRSA §2212, sub-§15, as enacted by PL 1989, c. 585, Pt.
A, §7, is amended to read:

 
15. Application. Provide financial assistance by means of
revenue obligation securities which are not subject to Title 32, chapter
105 135, relating to dealers in securities.
