| This legislation requires the Executive Director of the Legislative Council to redistribute the unexpended funds of the Health Care System and Health Security Board to the individuals and organizations that contributed funds to support the board. The costs associated with calculating a refund and issuing a payment to each contributor will be absorbed by the Legislature utilizing existing budgeted resources. | |||||||||
