| This bill includes a General Fund appropriation of $12,000 in fiscal year 2005-06 to the Judicial Department to provide funds for one-time computer programming costs. The bill also includes General Fund appropriations of $16,500 and $23,000 in fiscal years 2005-06 and 2006-07, respectively, to the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife for the costs of a half-time Clerk Typist III position needed to handle the increased operational duties that will be incurred by the revocation process. The revocation of certain licenses and permits issued by the department will result in a loss of General Fund revenue collected in the amounts of $33,750 in fiscal year 2005-06 and $45,000 in fiscal year 2006-07 and in each year thereafter. | |||||||||
