| This amendment reduces the General Fund cost to the Judicial Department by $704,544 in fiscal year 2005-06 and $686,577 in fiscal year 2006-07. This legislation will still require a General Fund appropriation to the Judicial Department of $177,123 in fiscal year 2005-06 and $180,323 in fiscal year 2006-07 to support additional court hearing costs. The non-Judicial appropriations in the committee amendment remain. | |||||||||
