| Fiscal Detail and Notes | |||||||||
| This bill will require Other Special Revenue Funds allocations to the Office of the Public Advocate of $1,246,500 in fiscal year 2005-06, $1,656,000 in fiscal year 2006-07, $1,697,400 in fiscal year 2007-08 and $1,739,835 in fiscal year 2008-09. This allocation will provide funds for one Senior Counsel position, contractual services and general operating expenses to initiate and intervene in proceedings related to rail service. Since it is unclear how required revenues would be assessed to pay for the proposed regulatory function, the increase in Other Special Revenue Funds can not be determined at this time. | |||||||||
