| Fiscal Detail and Notes | |||||||||
| This bill includes Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $43,804 and $58,128 in fiscal years 2005-06 and 2006-07, respectively, for the establishment of one Manufactured Housing Inspector position and related all other expenses beginning October 1, 2005. Because funding in the original bill was not adequate for the desired position, the Office of Licensing and Registration within the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation will require additional Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $11,239 in fiscal year 2005-06 and $18,403 in fiscal year 2006-07 to fully fund the position. | |||||||||
| Sufficient funds are available within the Manufactured Housing Board Fund to support the additional position through the 2006-2007 biennium. | |||||||||
