Department of Economic and Community Development may require an additional
one-time General Fund appropriation in fiscal year 2005-06 to contract for
the services of a consultant with the necessary expertise to conduct the
required review and prepare the required report. The amount can not be determined at this time. However, given
the broad scope of the project the cost may be significant. |
