Investing
certain harbor master's with powers of arrest will result in those
individuals being required to fulfill certain course requirements at the
Maine Criminal Justice Academy within the Department of Public Safety. The academy will realize $430 in
additional Other Special Revenue Funds revenue for each eligible harbor
master. The total amounts of
additional revenue will depend on the number of harbor masters who enroll at
the academy; the amounts can not be determined at this time. |
