| Requiring the Commissioner of Environmental Protection to waive application or processing fees from projects under $2,000,000 will result in a significant loss of dedicated revenue to the department in an amount that can not be determined at this time. The Department of Environmental Protection estimates that this legislation has the potential to remove up to approximately $7.6 million in annual licensing fee revenue from the agency and the potential impact on current staff and operations would be significant. | |||||||||
| Beginning in fiscal year 2005-06, the waiving of certain application and processing fees collected by the Department of Transportation will result in the estimated loss of $65,000 in annual Highway Fund revenue. | |||||||||
