| Fiscal Detail and Notes | |||||||||
| Creating a 5 year statute of limitation for environmental violations will result in a reduction in General Fund revenue of approximately $100,000 per year. This estimate assumes that approximately 10% of the penalties collected from environmental violations would be prevented from assessment and fiscal year 2005-06 has been adjusted accordingly to reflect the bill not being an emergency. | |||||||||
