| The total cost to the Department of Health and Human Services associated with the requirements of this legislation, estimated to be $25,000 to $35,000, can be funded using existing balances of federal emergency preparedness funds. Of that amount, the Department of Labor estimates the cost to conduct the labor market analysis to be between $10,000 and $20,000.
