Fiscal Detail and Notes

The total cost to the Department of Health and Human Services associated with the requirements of this legislation, estimated to be $25,000 to $35,000, can be funded using existing balances of federal emergency preparedness funds.  Of that amount, the Department of Labor estimates the cost to conduct the labor market analysis to be between $10,000 and $20,000.  This fiscal note assumes that funding provisions included in this legislation will be sufficient for the department to fulfill its requirements.

Any additional costs to the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
