| Fiscal Detail and Notes | |||||||||
| This bill includes ongoing General Fund appropriations of $80,000 per year, beginning in fiscal year 2005-06, to create the entrepreneurship internship program to be administered by the Foundation for Blood Research. The Foundation estimates the cost to administer the program to be approximately $12,000 per year. It is not clear whether a portion of the General Fund appropriations included in this bill can be used for administrative costs. If the funding included in this legislation is not available for administrative costs, additional General Fund appropriations of $12,000 per year, beginning in fiscal year 2005-06, will be required for the Foundation for Blood Research to administer the program. | |||||||||
