| The transfer of responsibility for potato marketing matters from the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources to the Maine Potato Board will not have any net impact on Other Special Revenue Funds allocations and revenue. The department will require deallocations of $82,196 and $112,219 in fiscal years 2005-06 and 2006-07, respectively, and the board will require allocations of the same amounts. In addition, the dedicated revenue collected by the department will decrease by an estimated $157,869 and $157,809 for the same fiscal years and the board's collection of dedicated revenues will increase in an equivalent fashion. | |||||||||
